Is your Nora watch damaged?
If you have received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost if any of the following criteria represent your situation:
- The Nora watch is physically broken by the delivery of the package.
- The color / configuration of the Nora watch received does not match the one ordered.
Please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible within 30 days of receiving the item to set up this procedure.
If you are not satisfied with the watch, send us an email and we will try to fix the situation! Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We cannot offer you replacements at no additional cost if:
- The watch is stolen or damaged following delivery.
- The package is lost in transit.
Note: The store name cannot be held responsible for lost or misdirected packages. You are responsible for providing us with the correct delivery address before shipping your product (24 hours after your purchase from our website.
Please ensure that all of the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent loss of mail or other incidents from occurring. The international customer must provide a phone number.

If you believe you entered the wrong address, you must contact us immediately to correct the error. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of ordering. After 24 hours, your package will be shipped to the address given during your order, whether it is wrong or not.
Please note that our standard shipping is published in the description of each product. All customers must be informed of this before placing an order. All refunds will be visible on your bank balance 24 to 48 hours after receiving the refund confirmation email from us. Do not hesitate to consult with your banking institution if this is not the case.

- The reason for your warranty claim
- A photo of the breakage / problem you are facing
- Your order number (ex: # 1234)
Note: Our team will inspect / verify the photo (s) before proceeding with a replacement.
Nora reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria. Late or missing refunds (if applicable). If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially released.
